Manajemen Pelatihan Dalam Meningkatkan Produktivitas Kerja Kryawan PTPN V Provinsi Riau


Employees are vital machine and most important resources to a company To obtain quality human resources, there needs to be a series of training activities through training management. Management used to improve employee productivity is training management. Good management certainly consists of planning, organizing, actuating and evaluating. Just as training management has stage. This phase of training goes from kind of training to the impact of training. This research aim to know what kind of training, training management process, employee responses about training, and then the impact of training towards employee productivity.
This research use stratified random sampling methods to collect a valid sample. To collect data need likert scale for this methods. There are 30 sample and divided into two a part. This a part is 6 sample for director of sector, and 24 sample for employee sector. The analysis methods is desctiptive, and to verifying the validity of sample there use fisher exact test.
The result of this research is to knowing what kind of management training. There are two type of management training;(1)leadership training, (2) skill training.Another result is the impact of training towards the employee productivity. The training have a good impact for the employee productivity.
