The study was conducted to determine the response of some soybean varieties for cutting roots and determine the root of a good cutting length. The study was conducted by using polybags. The results showed that 50% of the root cutting length polybags can significantly expand its roots, root length and root dry weight. Cutting the root of 50% of the length of polybags in varieties Grobogan significantly increases the roots, root length and root dry weight. Key Words: Cutting Root, Soybean
