PEMANFAATAN MIKROORGANISME RUMEN SEBAGAI STARTER PUPUK ORGANIK CAIR TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN TANAMAN KEDELAI [Turnitin]


The aim of this research is to evaluate the effect of liquid organic fertilizer made from liquid rumen as starter and bran on yield and quality of soybean. Completely Randomized Design with seven treatments are used in this research. The treatments are : no liquid organic fertilizer + NPK ( urea 50 kg/ha, SP-36 50 kg/ha, KCL 75 kg/ha), liquid organic fertilizer 1000 l/ha (10 ml/plant) ,1500 l/ha (15 ml/plant),2000 l/ha (20 ml/plant),2500 l/ha (25 ml/plant), 3000 l/ha (30 ml/plant), and 3500 l/ha (35 ml/plant). The result of this research shows that the use of liquid organic fertilizer increases the growth of plant more than unorganic fertilizer. Whereas the greatest number of total and efective root nodule in liquid organic fertilizer is 1000 l/ha. The use of liquid organic fertilizer 2000 l/ha results in the yield more than unorganic fertilizer. The highest amount of fat content is found in liquid organic fertilizer 2000 l/ha as well as unorganic fertilizer. The highest amount of protein content is found in 2000 l/ha, and the lowest is in unorganic fertilizer. Keywords : Rumen, liquid organic fertilizer, soybean.
